She has been teaching since 2008 and absolutely loves sharing her love of yoga and the breath with her students. She brings fun, accessibility and simplicity to her classes. Martine Fox teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Kids' Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, as well as Mom and Baby Yoga. She began this amazing practice five years ago and it has made such an impact on her life that she simply had to bring this experience to others! Incorporating her love of nature into the practice with guided meditations and symbolically through the poses, Martine challenges students to explore themselves with an open heart, open mind and most importantly, with compassion. What she enjoys most about teaching is how much there is to learn through the students. For that, she is very grateful.
