Martine Fox teaches Hatha, Vinyasa,
Kids' Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, as well as Mom and Baby Yoga.
She began this amazing practice five years ago and it has
made such an impact on her life that she simply had to bring
this experience to others! Incorporating her love of nature
into the practice with guided meditations and symbolically
through the poses, Martine challenges students to explore
themselves with an open heart, open mind and most
importantly, with compassion. What she enjoys most about
teaching is how much there is to learn through the students.
For that, she is very grateful.

Monika Karpinska
has been practicing yoga since 1998 and loves the peaceful,
thought-less state that can emerge from a fully aware
practice both on and off the mat. She completed her teacher
training at Prana Yoga College and teaches Hatha and Yin
styles of yoga. Monika’s teaching focuses on breath,
awareness, safety and mindfulness. She encourages students
to move their practice beyond the mat, recognizing the power
and energy within themselves. Monika has studied eastern
philosophy extensively, both intellectual and spiritual
traditions. Spending time in an ashram in India helped her

Gaia Standing's interest in yoga began in the summer
of 2003 in Nelson, B.C. and her commitment to the
practice increased in 2005 at YogahOMe in the midwest of the
US. After two years of teaching Pilates, and keeping
yoga as a personal practice, Jaia was ready then to learn
how to teach yoga. Sept 2006 Jaia studied for 500 hours at
Prana Yoga College under shakti mhi's brilliant guidance,
while also having her try at monastic living within the
term. Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark was also in the 500 hours
of yoga college. Spending a couple months at Dahn Yoga
training as well, and then learning Prenatal Yoga from
Janice Clarfield, Jaia continues to learn of the dynamic
practice of yoga. She strives to assist the students in
finding their way throughout the class with precise
instruction, and a loving heart.
