NOVEMBER VIEWS 2012 – Shavasana

Posted on: November 3, 2012

Shavasana, sometimes seen and heard as savasana, is that important time needed for the body to rest and renew. After practice, it allows the energy to settle and absorb, instilling benefits from all the movement. This “corpse pose” is sometimes known as the death of the practice, but positively speaking, it’s a time to embrace stillness and the rebirth of a healthier self.

Like shavasana, the transition time between this studio and the next, can be seen as a pause for renewal. Body Harmony Yoga has been serving the community for 10 years, thus before moving into another 10 years of such a commitment, we would like to rejuvenate. With everything going on, it appears the universe has delivered this time of renewal! Not only is our present studio location up for redevelopment, but there may be the added gift for my family to temporarily retreat to Peru. As this latter development has yet to be confirmed, defining the exact length of the studio transition is not possible at this time.

With the amazing support of the teachers and students, any fears about the journey ahead are beginning to transform into excitement. I will enjoy this precious time with family and friends, while doing yoga either here or in South America. And certainly, I will look forward to reopening the studio with even better energy than before! Regardless of how long this transition may be, I will continue to stay connected and keep everyone up to date with quarterly emails, facebook, phone conversations and hopefully, West Coast visits.

Enjoy the last month of classes at this location and use up those passes! We now offer a $12 drop in rate so you may continue to practice right up until November 30th. On that evening, please join us for live music, food and fun at “Our Space Farewell Celebration.” Please see the newsletter below for more information, along with our special “thank you to all our lovely students.” This month, you are all our Students of the Month! May you too, be excited and see the opportunity in this transition time. You have an opportunity to organically explore different styles of yoga as well as other forms of exercise, of which can compliment your Body Harmony Yoga practice upon return.

Wishing Everyone Peace & Body Harmony

Namaste

Students of the Month

This month, it was impossible for us to choose only one Student of the Month. As you are all near and dear to our hearts, for the month of November we would like to honour every person who has attended a class at Body Harmony.

You are special and loved. The life and energy you bring inspire us as teachers, to become more than we were before. It has been amazing to watch you grow in your practice, and to grow along side of you. It has been a privilege to hold the space for such growth.

Some of you are new to yoga, while others have been on the mat for decades. Regardless of practice time, each one of you has contributed to the community we have become. There is no way to express the amount of gratitude we have for you here at Body Harmony. You are the studio. We love you, we thank you, and we wish you all the best on this next cycle of life. Namaste.

OCTOBER VIEWS 2012 – Samsara

Posted on: October 23, 2012

The term Samsara has a similar meaning within a few of the world religions. With the common theme depicting a “repetitive cycle of birth, life, death and rebirth” it seemed fitting to label our most recent saleSamsara. Knowing there is a natural continuous flow of creation, evolution and destruction in life, it makes our situation at Body Harmony a little easier to accept.

Most students are now aware that our present studio location will be closed as of December 1st. The date approaches bringing with it an emotional energy, especially for our teachers, staff and regular students. With an array of emotions varying from person to person, it is important that we respect and encourage one another, trusting a new manifestation of Body Harmony will come again soon. Evidently it won’t be a smooth transition from this space to the next, so we continue to offer great deals and drop in rates to make your yoga experience at Body Harmony exceptional. Please let us serve you and help us celebrate the life and energy of this space!

After Thanksgiving, our wonderful team of teachers will be involving the chakras from root to crown in all our yoga classes. Each week, expect a new special experience with postures stimulating and nurturing the “chakra of the week.” Find yourself moving through the classes and this transitional phase with more grace and ease.Thank you for your patience during this interesting transition. For the upcoming long weekend, please check the studio schedule for slight changes and if you would like another journey of the soul, perhaps take in the visually amazing and nonverbal movie Samsara.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend.

Namaste

Greentip

As the earth changes in its time and its seasons, so our bodies change. As we move from summer into fall, the air becomes dryer, the day’s cooler, and our bodies more susceptible to colds and flus. A great way to change with the earth and stay healthy is through gentle nasal cleansing. In Ayurveda tradition the use of a neti pot is particularly helpful for this. This simple method of pouring warm salt water through the nasal passages helps to clear congestion, reduce swollen glands and alleviate sinus headaches by improving circulation in the head and boosting the immune system. This cleanse allows the breath, our vital energy force, to move more freely and effortlessly. The best time to cleanse is in the morning, and can be a relatively quick and easy task once you get the hang of it.

SEPTEMBER VIEWS 2012 – Removing Obstacles

Posted on: September 11, 2012

With the onset of shorter days and cooler nights, here on the West Coast we feel that hint of change. Energetically, it’s wise to prepare the body and its system for the fall and winter ahead. Practices such as cleansing the diet, moving the body through Hatha and Yin yoga, and partaking in regular chanting sessions are all stellar for optimizing our energetic flow. For some, it seems quite obvious that diet and exercise will move blockages from our system. But chanting? Even a committed and well seasoned yoga student may not be aware of these benefits.

After we talk, sing, chant, laugh, cry or scream we usually feel better. This happens because of our physiology. Technically speaking, sound from the larynx is produced when air passes through the vocal cords causing them to vibrate and create sound waves. These sound vibrations can be felt moving from the larynx at the base of the neck, down through the vertebrae. In stillness, the central nervous system will stimulate a parasympathetic response, transmitting a sense of ease and peace to the entire body.

During Kirtan (call-and-response chanting) sacred Sanskrit mantras are used to make the sound experience especially powerful. Sanskrit is the purest form of speech, sometimes known as “the language of the Gods.” So with these high vibrations moving out around us creating a positive butterfly effect, there are so many reasons to give it a whirl!

Try it yourself. The next time you sing a positive or inspirational tune, notice how you feel. Better yet, heighten your awareness the next time you chant OM in yoga class and enjoy the vibes. For those intrigued about chanting with live musicians, please join us Friday September 28th from 7pm-8pm. This special evening will be dedicated to removing obstacles in our lives. All are welcome, so please see below in the newsletter for more information. As well, all are welcome to indulge in our Simplicity Sale. Simply find clarity through yoga. 10 Classes with a 10 week expiry for $100 plus HST. Sale ends September 10th/12.

Blessings and clarity to all!

This year, as you get ready for fall, try to do so with an environmentally conscious mind. Not only will you be saving the planet, you will be saving money too! One way to do this is with your children’s trek to school. Have a carpool schedule with the neighborhood families, or encourage your kids to take the bus. You can also take the opportunity to ride your bike to work or walk while the weather is still good. For more tips on how to keep your autumn commute environmentally friendly, click here.

SUMMER VIEWS 2012 – Collective Consciousness & The Power of Intention

Posted on: July 11, 2012

Yoga business is an oxymoron. Like hot yoga, the two words beside one another seem to clash. Weaving a yogic and compassionate “support the community” attitude, with the logical and non-emotional “do what is best for the business” mentality, doesn’t always leave a yoga business person feeling at ease.

Trusting that there can be a balance between the two, it has been nearly 10 years of managing a studio. A place where the owner, teachers and students have become friends, and a place where the best is desired for all. With this in mind, I share the following information of which I have only recently come to terms with.

It seems inevitable that our beautiful space for connecting with ourselves and others is only months away from complete transformation. Please read this carefully. It is nearly certain that come December, the City of North Vancouver and a local developer will begin to evolve the building by first, bringing it down, and then replacing it with something entirely new. The acceptance of this comes and goes for me, but what I know for sure, is that my business is close to my heart. Thus, I’m moving through this time of transition with extreme caution.

With the utmost respect and gratitude to all who have grown with the studio and contributed to the space, once again I ask of your support. To manifest what we need to continue, I request of you some Yoga of Intention. Collectively, we need to have a vision of love and trust surrounding a new and slightly smaller space, with a lot of natural light (and parking)! Together, let’s co-create continued growth of our community with a collective consciousness of God. To draw upon the teachings of Wayne Dyer, I’m moving out of the way to see what spirit truly lives surrounding the studio. I’m letting go, and letting God.

May we see a lot of one another in the following months, so that we not only enjoy this space, but the amazing energy we have created together. We wish for everyone to feel confident with purchasing passes in this transition period, so we have changed the prices and guidelines for the Drop In, 5 Class Pass, and Monthly Unlimited Flexi Passes.

Have a lovely Canada Day weekend and glorious summer!

Blessings, Love & Light

Lori Charko

Student of the Month

Congratulations Jennifer MacDonald, our Student of the Summer! Jennifer is a wonderful, heartfelt friend who has left her mark at Body Harmony. She has always supported us with her membership, regardless of her attendance. In fact, there were times we attributed the sustenance of our sponsor child to this lovely woman.

When asked to speak of Body Harmony she said, “I signed up for a Valentine’s 2 for 1 special just after the studio opened and I remember that first time I walked into the studio, I loved it!! I knew it was the place for me! It was (and is) a warm and inviting space. I was looking for a place to help me mentally and wanted to learn how to meditate. With the guidance, support and patience of Lori and all the teachers, not only did I benefit mentally, but physically and that has helped me over the years.

I have been able to enjoy many weekend yoga retreats, always feeling light and rejuvenated by the end of the weekend. As well, I’ve participated in 2 fabulous trips with Lori to India and Peru. I love my yoga friends that I have met on all the retreats and trips. To be with like minded people and experiencing life changing events is huge in my world, experiences I will never forget!

Ever since I first walked onto that beautiful blue carpet my world changed. My lifestyle, health and fitness level has never been this good. The experiences I have enjoyed at the studio with the teachers has inspired me to take my teacher training (have talked about it for years!), it will happen soon! Body Harmony has helped me on so many levels, I am forever grateful!”

JUNE VIEWS 2012 – A Guide to Gurus

Posted on: June 11, 2012

If talk of a guru seems a little serious, I would say “Au contraire, it’s a matter of perception.” A guru may be simply defined as “someone who removes your goo” or “a person who guides you to the light.” The Sanskrit term itself literally means heavy (implying a heaviness of knowledge), but metaphorically speaking, a guru helps to “find the heart of the artichoke” and “polish the diamond in the rough.” These folks guide us to be more heart and soul centered by bringing awareness to the light in our lives. As students of yoga, we typically see this role fulfilled by that of a spiritual mentor or yoga teacher.

What happens when your favorite teacher is ill, disappoints you in some way, or merely takes a get-a-way? Well, if you initially thought you would take a break from self growth, then there is still guidance needed and it would be wise to continue the yoga! If however, you have made yourself open to ask “what will I learn from this?”, then my friend, you are much closer to the light consciousness we are working towards.

Those who are open to personal growth will be excited to know the $99 Sweet Summer Sale is back at Body Harmony for its grand finale! For friends and family who may need some guidance, it would be easier for you to lead them to yoga, than to sit them aside and explain how you’ve noticed their awareness is a little muddled lately. This sale is a gift for everyone allowing 9 Weeks of Unlimited Yoga if purchased by June 15th. Passes may start as late as June 30th, however the sale is over mid month.

As an incentive for you to “be the light you wish to see in the world,” we will continue to give $10 referral credits for every student you bring to the studio. However, as added motivation to share the sale, if you refer 5 people and they sign up, your name will be entered to win the Sweet Summer Sale Pass or you may take the $100 credit towards a future pass. Remember folks, this is the last $99 Special.

Wishing a Happy Father’s Day to those stellar Dads out there!

Blessings,

Lori Charko

Student of the Month

Congratulations Betty Wurst, our student of the month for June! Betty is an amazing woman, inside and out. She is strong, intelligent, and loving, and brings joy to our space every time she steps onto her mat.

When asked to say a few words about her experience here at Body Harmony, she replied “My life has changed so much since joining Body Harmony. Initially I came for my physical well being, but have discovered through your yoga teachers that my spirit and mind are what need to be developed to achieve what I was looking for. I learned to breathe, or I am trying to learn to breath.  You have given me so much but that seems to be what I need most.

Lori, Jen J, Nara, Nathalie; what I have learned from you is amazing. I take home with me your words of wisdom and have made them work on a daily basis. You have no idea how your inspirational words have helped me. Thank you to all my new amazing friends at the studio. I love you all, and who said you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? xoxoxo”

MAY VIEWS 2012 – May We Honour Mother’s

Posted on: May 11, 2012

The first few years of our life, we are completely dependant upon someone to care for us. Most often that primary caregiver is a woman. A clever Oprah quote reads, “Biology is the least of what makes someone a mother”. What I take from this today, is that mothering goes far beyond bearing a child and that bearing a child doesn’t necessarily make one a mother. Most biological moms have that innate and expansive ability to give unconditional love to a child (and do), and all women have a natural potential to be motherly and to nurture others.

To cultivate this motherly seed, women need to take care of themselves. The belief that we need to take care of ourselves before we can properly take care of others, is not new. What is new at Body Harmony, is a yoga pass created to help women do this. For the month of May, Body Harmony is honouring all women with a TLC Pass. This 4 Class Pass is good for all regular classes and is priced economically at $40 plus tax with a one month expiry. So ladies, show up for the class of choice a little bit earlier than usual or call the studio and ask reception for the TLC Pass. You may wish to purchase more than one! We extend this welcome to all female students, but aspire to see those who haven’t been to Body Harmony in a while.

With the new signage outside the building, it is evident that relocation is very probable. Although nothing has been confirmed, we are looking for a new space keeping in mind the excellent feedback from the Spring Surveys! We are excited about all the possibilities that the change can bring, with an intention to keep the studio about the same size and in the same area of North Vancouver. Thank you to everyone who gave their precious time to share thoughts and feelings about our special studio, your remarks were most encouraging. And congratulations to Joyce Mahy, whose name was drawn to receive one free month of yoga!

Have a great Mother’s Day and a wonderful Victoria Day weekend.

With blessings,

Lori Charko

Student of the Month

Congratulations to Paula Campbell, Student of the Month for May! Can anyone guess where this lovely single gal has been hiking in this photo? Ms. Paula is a bubbly, bright eyed student whose calming and gentle presence can be felt by those around her, in and out of the studio. When asked to say a few words about her experience with Body Harmony she said, “Body Harmony is a beautiful, non-intimidating studio with graceful and dedicated teachers. I have learned a lot from them, and have learned to be lighter in my approach to daily life, and work life. I think the studio helps build a strong sense of community and belonging which is hard sometimes in the busy and fast-paced lives we all live.

Yoga also helped me build back my physical and mental strength after a significant back injury a few years ago. I am grateful for that, and very glad I persisted with yoga.”

Spring Cleaning!

It’s that time of year again! Spring always brings with it a sense of clearing; we clean out our houses, our closets, and our yoga space! This month, we would like students who have private mats here at the studio to take them home and give them a good spring clean. If your name is not clearly visible on the mat, please label it before returning it to its home at the studio. Since we feel some of these mats have been stagnant for quite some time, any mat whose owner we cannot identify will either be sold or donated to a good cause. Thank you for aiding in our little cleanse and helping to keep the studio tidy and organized!

APRIL VIEWS 2012 – Listen & Respond

Posted on: April 11, 2012

The human body has positive and negative feedback mechanisms. When listened to with awareness, it gives us an opportunity to learn and grow. The response our body gives during an asana in yoga practice, gives an indication of what needs to be done next. If the feedback offered brings us happiness, then we can continue to enjoy the breath while maintaining the posture, or consider moving in more deeply. If we feel pain, we need to adjust the posture and ease off, breathing deeply while delving into the initial cause of the issue. If we feel discomfort, then we can send a full conscious breath to the area that needs attention, while perhaps visualizing the release of tension. Amazingly, if we truly listen to the body and respond appropriately at all times, we will seldom experience dis-ease.

At Body Harmony Yoga, the success of our studio also revolves around feedback. A healthy feedback system for us would involve your participation in our Spring Survey. Please take 2 minutes to complete our new compilation of questions, and in turn, we will process and respond to the feedback received. (An added bonus is that all entries will be entered into a draw to win 1 Month of Unlimited Yoga or a 5 Class Pass). Do recall, feedback offers us all the potential for growth.

A couple of nice-to-know items include the Serenity Now Sale extension on now until March 31/12. That means the 20 classes for $200 with a 6 month expiry, is on for just a couple more days. As well, the Journey of Our Hearts draw winner was Paula Bohan. Congratulations to her and to all who participated in this year’s program!

Thank you to everyone who actively participates at Body Harmony. We look forward to seeing you, hearing from you soon and serving you better.

Sincerely,
Lori Charko

Student Of The Month

Congratulations David Cant! For being this month’s Student of the Month! David holds a special place in our hearts, and demonstrates an amazing dedication to his practice twice a week. He always carries a great disposition and we enjoy seeing him regularly.

We asked David about his experience with yoga, and these were his comments: “After watching Joanne participate in yoga for several years, I was inspired by the passion that she showed for her practice. So, never wanting to be left out of a good thing, I decided I would try it out.

That was almost three years ago. Today, I really look forward to my yoga class after a day in the office. I enjoy the variety of teachers, the enthusiasm and attention they bring to their students. It is nice to know that I can attend any class that works for my unpredictable schedule and not be disappointed. Body Harmony has become more than a place to learn and practice yoga. For me, it’s a Spa for the Spirit. I extend my gratitude to all the teachers and students whose energies combine to make Body Harmony something special.”

Studio Dress Policy

Now that spring has sprung, we wish to make a friendly reminder that our studio has a warm weather dress policy. Please refrain from wearing short shorts, or anything too low cut or revealing, as we want our students to be able to focus on what’s on the inside instead of the outside! Long shorts or Capri’s, modest tank tops and  t-shirts are all welcome. We want everyone to feel happy and comfortable, and to remember, yoga is about inner balance, not outer attire.

Green Tip

Yoga teaches us to be mindful of our surroundings, which becomes present in regards to the environment and the impact we have on it. When making purchases, be conscious of choosing products with a low impact on our Mother Earth. This includes yoga mats and mat cleaners! You can purchase eco-friendly mats and our special environmentally friendly ‘Warrior Wash’ aromatherapy mat cleaner here at Body Harmony which is on sale now for $10! Show your love for the earth by buying products made with love.

MARCH VIEWS 2012 – Serenity Now (A Sale for You)

Posted on: March 11, 2012

Since reading The Four Agreements Companion Book years ago, it continues to serve as a great reminder of the following:
          1. Be Impeccable With Your Word
          2. Don’t Take Anything Personally
          3. Don’t Make Assumptions
          4. Always Do Your Best

A tough act to follow, but where there’s a will there’s a way! For now though, I would like to bring attention to the third agreement: with this bit of wisdom, we have the ability to transform many things.

At a glance, we often judge and miss the real beauty in someone or something. It’s when we actually look into someone’s eyes and listen, that we see their inner beauty and begin to understand them. With that lovely connection available all around us, imagine moving through the front door at 972 Marine Drive, walking up the stairs and finally settling into the studio. There too we are rewarded with connecting to that innermost beauty.

The peacefulness and bliss of Body Harmony Yoga is still there and it intends to be for years to come. I love what we have created and will do everything possible to make it grow for the community. Although it may not always look exactly how we imagined, it will surely hold all the heartwarming beauty and serenity we need. If we look within, be patient and trust in ‘what is’, we will see that everything is unfolding as it should for our highest good. Quite often, things turn out even better than we imagined!

Please enjoy the ‘Serenity Now’ sale on at Body Harmony. We are offering all our valued students the 20 Class Flexi Pass for $200, with a 6 months expiry. This offer is good until March 11/12.

Wishing you all peace and Body Harmony.

Namaste

Lori Charko

Btw, March 4th is the completion of the Journey of Our Hearts! Please put your stickers up by March 10th, as we will make the draw for 6 Months Unlimited Yoga on March 11/12.

Student Of The Month

Congratulations to Paula Bohan! As Student of the Month for March, we would love to recognize Paula and thank her for the dedication and loyalty to our studio over these past few years. She has been thriving with the Journey of Our Hearts and Lori has enjoyed having her in class every week for the ‘chakra flows’.

When asked about her experience here at Body Harmony she says, “I had been thinking about joining a yoga studio for a while, and I was intimidated by some of them – I felt too out of shape. I knew I wanted to do Hatha yoga, not hot or flow or power yoga. I finally joined on a 9-week $99 special, because Body Harmony had regular gentle classes. By the end of nine weeks, I had tried several different instructors and was confident enough to go beyond the gentle classes.

I found Body Harmony very welcoming, and the studio is so serene. I am completely hooked and yoga is a very regular part of my routine! I think it is good for my mental and physical health. I handle everyday stresses better and I feel stronger when doing other sports. I encourage all my friends to try yoga, and some of them have incorporated it into their lives too. I expect to be doing yoga forever!”

FEBRUARY VIEWS 2012 – Healthy Hearts

Posted on: February 11, 2012

The heart is the center or middle point of the human chakra system AND at the studio this week we are mid-way to accomplishing the Journey of Our Hearts! For those who are not partaking in this program, might I share that this journey is varied and unique for all of us who are taking it. Just as there are an assorted number of ways to find balance in our lives, there are as many ways to nourish the heart.

In honour and celebration of Heart Month, check in with your heart often. I recommend rubbing your palms together vigorously and then placing them open to your heart center. Feel and listen as you breathe. Be receptive and allow the communication to flow between your lower bodily system and your upper more spiritual system. Hear what arises and revere to have this practice advance your mind-body connection.

Regardless of how you work to maintain a healthy heart, understand that an abundance of love (for both giving and receiving) begins with complete and wholehearted love for yourself.Have a Happy Heart Month!

Love from us all at Body Harmony,

Lori Charko

NOTE: Tuesday & Thursdays Gentle Hatha Yoga Flow classes have changed to start at 9:15am instead of 9:30am.

Student of the Month

Congratulations Adrian Parker! This month we would like to show the love to Adrian, a loyal and long time patron of Body Harmony. When we asked her for a few words about her experience at the studio, we were touched with her reply. “Wow! Student of the month, why me? It should be that we give Lori and her instructors special recognition. The studio is a wonderfully peaceful place to practice Yoga. I was introduced to the practice of yoga at Body Harmony the first year they were in business. Yoga has proven to be a wonderful complement to the two sports I still pursue; golf and downhill skiing. Yoga has made me more flexible and stronger and helped my balance. I’ve also learned to slow my mind and be in the moment, to find peace in the meditation that comes with every class. I love the excellence of instruction that Adrienne provides and the fun camaraderie of the other participants. I am never disappointed when I try other classes and I like the flexibility the schedule at Body Harmony provides. Thank you for recognizing me as ‘Student of the Month’.”

Restorative Yoga: Rejuvenate & Restore with Nara Henderson

Nara is a Registered Yoga Teacher & Yoga Therapist.
In the powerful and healing practice of Restorative Yoga, we get to unplug our connection to the doing, activities, and the constant go-go-go. We sink into a more gentle, slow, sweet yoga. Physically, we support ourselves in nurturing, soft-looking poses, draped over bolsters, blankets, and pillows. We literally meet ourselves where we are already at in a pose, and then we surrender and soften, and gently dive deep energetically. We bare our soul for the audience of our awareness, and we allow the truth to pour out of us into the Space. A Restorative Yoga practice helps to balance our nervous system response, and allows us to feel rejuvenated and refreshed to take on our lives with more clarity and energy. Come prepared to feel amazing at the end of this workshop!

JANUARY VIEWS 2012 – Footprints

Posted on: January 11, 2012

It’s been an interesting year! World events aside, recent developments in our little world have brought yet another need for change. With a baby girl taking her first few solo steps, it seems somewhat symbolic that I too need to step forward. January will mark nine years of operating Body Harmony Yoga, and this anniversary will start with the Journey of Our Hearts. I request community support on this journey, a program working towards physical and mental wellness. May it bring more balance and heartfelt growth to our lives, preparing us for a wonderful year ahead!

Looking forward with faith and optimism of everything to come, I must say thank you to our unwavering clientele for your attendance during my leave. With all of you at Body Harmony, it feels like there are more than one set of footprints in the sand…

Happy New Year

Lori Charko

Btw, Please see below for information on how to join us for the Journey of Our Hearts, and our inspiring workshops.

Student of the Month

Congratulations Heather Korsa! It is our privilege to acknowledge Heather as Januarys’ Student of the Month. She has been a glowing presence at our studio since 2009 and has a warm and inviting energy that resonates with everyone she has come in contact with at Body Harmony.

She says of her experience, “It has been my pleasure to attend classes at Body Harmony over the past many years. Like many people, I started at Body Harmony because of the $99 special.

I would like to thank you Lori, and all of your wonderful instructors, for sharing your passion for yoga with me. I have always had a very active lifestyle, enjoying biking, skiing, hiking and other fitness pursuits, but I often skip the stretching part after my activities. My work is physically demanding too. Yoga has saved me! My body was beginning to stiffen and my lower back was causing me pain after years of not bothering to stretch. Practicing yoga gives the balance that I need to keep my body mobile and flexible; I’ve become stronger (and I’ve gotten taller too)!

I feel very welcomed, peaceful and relaxed in your studio; it feels comfy. What I love is that each class is different, and always seems to be exactly what I need that particular day. Thank you for choosing me to be the ‘student of the month’ I am honored.”
